Veda | newborn session
I have photographed this sweet family since they had their first baby, Amelia. They came to me years ago to do a modeling session and have stuck with me ever since. Ashley is such an easy-going, fun person that always gives me the green light on my own creativity.
For this newborn session, she wanted me to stick with a stylish, modern look, so of course we had to do black on black for the sibling shots, because I KNEW it would make an amazing piece of wall art. And of course, it did!
If I could put every single newborn girl in blue or yellow, I would. I love pink, but there's just something that pops with girls in blue.
Newborn "mug shots" are turning into my favorite shots. When baby is wide awake, I just lay them on our comfy posing table (*always with an assistant right next to them!) and let them do their thing. Some of the faces we get crack me up. We get everything from cross eyes to little pouts to sneezes and yawns.
